The data interface describes which physical interface is the main path for communication. Through this interface the Avisaro device accepts data and commands. Available are RS232, CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, RS485, FILE, ...

All Avisaro devices provide a real time clock. In some Avisaro devices ("Box" and "Cube") this clock is battery backed - in which case the clock needs to be set only once. To set the date and time use:
