Data Interface: CAN

CAN

Baud Rate

Value in Bytes/Second (i.e. 125000 or 500000)

Outgoing ID

CAN ID which is used when system messages are send out to the bus. On this ID start up messages are send. When the command interface is active, this ID is used also.

Incoming ID

CAN ID which is used to adress the module when the command interface is active

Outgoing ID is

Standard / Extended: The CAN ID defined above is a 11bit or 29bit value

Incoming ID is

Standard / Extended: The CAN ID defined above is a 11bit or 29bit value

Use XON/XOFF

To reinforce high speed CAN data transmittion even with WLAN networks, Avisaro defined a flow control mechanism. See () for details.

Listen only

If the Avisaro device should be passive on the CAN bus, this option can be set.
In 'Listen Only' mode, no CAN Acknowledge is given on the bus and no CAN messages are send by the Avisaro device.

Transceiver Mode

Avisaro ships CAN products with different CAN transceiver.
