This Connector Board provides an Ethernet Interface and - optional - an aditional RS232 or CAN interface. An Avisaro 2.0 Module can be clipped directly on this board. The connector board can be used to get started more easily or as a means to deploy the module in a compact manner.

The Connector Board provides:

• Power Supply (wide range 6 - 32 V input power). Secured with a fuse and reverse polarity protection
• Ethernet Connector (10BaseT)
• Optional: RS232 Interface. The Module provides RS232 with TTL signal level. The connector board converts those into RS232 conform signal levels.
• Optional: CAN Interface. The Module provides CAN with Rx and Tx signals. The connector board converts those into the differential CAN Bus signals.
• User Interface with LEDs and Key.

Details

The Avisaro 2.0 module supports an Ethernet interface. This interface is based on the ENC28J60 chip from Microchip ( more).

An example layout is provided here. This is provided "as is" with no garanties and with no support. Use it as a basis for your own developments.

Component side of the PCB. This PCB contains also a RS232 and CAN option - they are not required at all but may be usefull for some applications.

The size of this PCB is 68 x 45 mm.
