Avisaro data logger as module (M20511)

WLAN Logger Module

The data logger stores data on a SD Card. It provides a wide range of interfaces that can be used alternatively: like two CAN, two RS232, two RS485, an I2C or SPI. You can insert it directly on a motherboard with interface environment and voltage regulation. A corresponding environment offers the Avisaro connector board suitable to the module.

Description Details Software

The Avisaro data logger module is part of an engine family consisting of logger, WLAN and various port and carrier boards. This ensures a high flexibility of use. Inform yourself tl_files/dynamic_dropdown/link.gif here.

The module is made for the integration in customers OEM devices. It is delivered without script due to the individuality of the environment. The customer can either use self-adapted scripts or standard scripts of Avisaro (see bullet 'Software').

 

Due to its compact and flexible construction it fits perfectly in the customers product concept as a standard component.

Description Details Software

The Avisaro logger module has two RS232, two CAN, one I2C (slave/master) and one SPI (slave) interface. The active interface is permanently set via configuration. RS232 is set by default.

CAN interface

- The module has two CAN-interfaces, thereof one with reduced

  performance. As environment a transceiver or Avisaro

  Connector Board is needed.

- Massage format 2.0A and 2.0B

- "Listen Only" mode

- Aktive sending and receiving of massages

- Baud rate up to 1 Mbit/s

- Signal will be exported as CAN Tx and Rx (3.3V TTL level)

- Mode controll for special CAN transceiver available

RS232 Interface

- The module has two RS232-Interfaces

- Baud rate: 1200 bit/s up to 1 Mbit/s

- 7/8 Data bits

- RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF flow controll

- Signals with TTL Level

I2C Interface

- Master and slave mode up to 400 kBit/s

SPI Interface

- Fastest Interface up to 5MHz bus speed

- only slave mode

Description Details Software

Software settings (Scripts)

Scripts - small soft programs - control the behavior of logger. It controls e.g. the format of the stored data or features like time stamp etc. Load scripts via SD card or interface. This logger will be delivered without presetting of a script. Before use choose and install a script according to your needs.

MR1: Log in to file

RS232 store

This script RS232 stores the data in a file. All data from the RS232 interface are stored in the file "logdata.txt" - just as they are received on the interface. The data will not be changed - as ASCII or binairy.
